Course Aim: This certificate is designed to provide the skills necessary to work in community services support work in a range of facilities and services. It is suitable for unqualified people already working in the industry or people new to the industry.

Students are expected to have literacy skills appropriate for both the demands of the course and the workplace.
Must display an interest in and an aptitude for human services work and take part in an interview.
Hours: 275 hours course.
